Canadian customers:  Will be responsible for paying taxes (GST and PST, or Harmonized Tax) upon taking receipt of our shipment from Canada Post.  There will be no refunds made for refused shipments. There should be no duty fees for importing our product since it is made in the USA with USA made components thus qualifying under the CUSMA free trade agreement (we can provide a certificate of origin if needed).  For Canadian customers all sales are final - we have a no return/no refund policy due to the shipping costs incurred serving the Canadian market.   If product is damaged in transit, or if a shipping error was made, please contact us at support@dock-itlauncher.com.  We will determine the most cost-effective way to remedy a problem and WE WILL make every effort to remedy all problems.

USA customers:


Dock-It Launcher, LLC will accept return requests for items that are unused and with the original packaging being in the same condition it was when it was originally purchased. 

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item.  Please email support@dock-itlauncher.com with the order number and the reason for returning the product.   We will send a confirmation of receipt along with a return authorization number to reference.  


Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the components. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item and that we are processing your return request. We will follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved. 

If approved, the merchandise and tax charges will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up with your credit provider. 


In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email support@dock-itlauncher.com within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process. 

Return Shipping costs

If Dock-it Launcher is at fault for the reason of the returned goods we will cover the return shipping costs.  If the buyer is responsible for the reason of the returned goods then the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
